A little gory for me. But when it wasn't being gory, it was enjoyable. I enjoyed the courtroom scene at the end, but the whole thing was kind of predictable. I read another review where it said there was a twist at the end, so I kept looking for one, but there wasn't - so that was kind of disappointing cuz I thought something crazy would happen that would make the ending more satisfying. But no.
Overall the book was a fun read, but felt unpolished. I did read this in ebook format, so that could be why.
