This book is indeed interesting and full of insights from the science and psychology of motivation, as the title page states. Yet it is much less a self help book than its presentation suggests, probably for the best. I missed a larger conclusion at the end, but other than that a very enriching read!

Ayelet Fishbach makes complex motivation science feel like advice from a friend.
I loved how she champions celebrating small wins and finding genuine joy in each step of the journey.
The calendar blocking and habit-building tips slip effortlessly into a hectic schedule, though a few chapters dive a bit deep into the studies.
