This book is fantastic at teaching new labor union stewards how to handle grievances in the proper way and win. It’s not a very long book at all, but it gives you great information and Mr.Lewis’ sense of humor makes the book actually fun to read. I highly recommend this book even if you just want to learn how to win arguments better!
