I am through 2 of the 5 volume set. I am really enjoying this pastoral preaching. Volume 3, so far, is flat amazing! His sermon on the travail of Christ's soul is a beautiful and thoroughly Reformed handling of the article of the creed: He descended into hell. It runs very much like the Heidelberg Catechism's treatment of this article. This set has been a feast for the soul.

Highly recommend.
