Kate wil er niks van weten. Al gaat de hele wereld vandaag los met zwijmelcadeautjes, voor haar géén Valentijnsdag. Rob en zij zijn al twee maanden uit elkaar. Dit boekje heb ik toegevoegd aan mijn to-read-lijst, omdat ik graag wilde ontdekken hoe Sophie Kinsella schrijft, aangezien ik de boeken van Madeleine Wickham (haar echte naam), niet bijster interessant vond. Dit boekje was eigenlijk vlot en best leuk, maar aangezien het maar 12 pagina's heeft kan ik het simpelweg niet meer als 2 sterren geven. Wel vond ik de manier van schrijven nu al interessanter, dus ik zal vast binnenkort een echt boek van Sophie Kinsella gaan lezen!

Een grappig verhaal over Valentijnsdag. Leuk om gelezen te hebben. Al had dit verhaal ook best nog wel wat langer mogen zijn.

Het voelt een beetje als valsspelen om dit mee te laten tellen in mijn Goodreads Challenge.* Het is tenslotte geen boek maar een verhaal van net iets meer dan 10 pagina's. Maar wel een heel leuk verhaal. Ik vind de boeken van Sophie Kinsella altijd erg leuk, en dit verhaal is precies wat je van haar kan verwachten. Dus als je haar boeken nog niet gelezen hebt is dit misschien leuk om mee te beginnen. Als je dit leuk vindt kan je haar boeken vast ook waarderen.
* waarom ik het er toch in zet: het is een leuk verhaal, en omdat ik Kinsella's boeken graag lees wil ik em er ook tussen hebben voor de Recommendations.
