"The irony is that the harder we look for love, the more blurred our vision. Only when we become quiet and trust that love is our birthright do we discover its friendship has enfolded us." --Karen Casey, Worthy of Love

I think this is a Great way to start the day contemplating on what needs to be on your priority list for each day. I like to way each entry is presented for a week, fifty-two weeks of the year. I have been doing these meditations for several years since a friend in a Monastery in SC sent me the book years ago. I would recommend this book to everyone regardless of their religious affiliation.
