Lou Jane moved to Kansas City in the late 1960s and was a 50-year resident of Kansas City, Mo., and a creative force in the city.

A beautiful cookbook with some wonderful recipes. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't give a hint to the number of servings. I can usually calculate that myself but I'd rather not do the math.
