A colorful collection of love poems, old and new, with art that also speaks of love. Well done.

This book made me swoon. I found it years ago working at the Brisbane City Council Toowong Library. I would keep it in the check in room and dip into it when there was quiet times on the 'return' frontier. This book introduced 17yr old me to many new poets and the art work is wonderfully matched with verse. I kept renewing it for months until one day it disappeared from the catalogue. Then I ordered it in from overseas, such was my dedication to it. Avid Reader in West End. Rad Hearts to Charles!

Anyone who has ever been in love should read this book. It's a collection of so many gorgeous poems & insight of the genius of love.
My personal favorite:
"He gripped her hard so that life should not drag her from that moment, he wanted all future to cease." "His smiles were the garrets of a fairy palace where the real world would never come." (Lovesong by Ted Hughes). GOD. THAT'S BEAUTIFUL.
