She risked her life to save his. Now he can’t let her go…
Tripwire I’m untethered. Alone. Nomad. It’s necessary as I hunt down a dangerous enemy of my MC, nothing but the wind in my face and my bike underneath me. No one else will suffer on my watch—none except those who deserve it. But one afternoon changes everything, and if it wasn’t for the sinfully beautiful siren paddling toward me on a surfboard, I’d be lost to a watery grave. On dry land, my mission takes a back seat to my fascination with the girl who’s got saltwater in her veins. I need her to trust me if this is going to work. But if I can’t take out the threat, trusting me might be the last thing she does…
Marina It was a no-brainer diving into the ocean to save a drowning biker. If only I’d known how that one act would turn my life upside down. See, it turns out that the gorgeous man is reckless, too. He’s trouble with a capital T. Everything girls are warned to avoid. But I can’t seem to walk away. Not when he’s a mystery I’m desperate to solve. What chased him off that cliff? And if I hand him my heart, will there be anything left when he’s finished with me?
Tripwire, book one of The Vikings Nomads, is a dark, steamy, angsty, biker romantic suspense read full of action, adventure, and sexy times. This book is a novella, as will be the rest of the books in the series. It was originally released as a part of the Dangerous as Sin Anthology.
*** Be These books contain violence and descriptions of illicit activities. If you enjoy sexy anti-heroes, fast-paced and action-packed storylines, and steamy love scenes, then these are the books for you. There are guaranteed HEAs or HFN for each couple at the end of each book, but the underlying storyline does continue from book to book and they end in cliffhangers .
Cathleen Cole currently lives in Utah with her husband Frank, their six dogs, four goats, and flock of chickens. Cathleen and Frank have nomadic souls, so they don’t expect to be tied down to one place indefinitely.
Animals, dog sports, traveling, scuba diving, and everything books are just a few of Cathleen’s passions in life. She measures her quality of life based off the different experiences and adventures she gets to have.
You’ll see every book written by either Cathleen Cole or Frank Jensen will always credit the other as co-authors and that is because they use each other as sounding boards during their writing processes as well as they are each other’s main beta readers. As husband and wife, they insist on sharing all successes and failures equally.
Ok if you've read the other books related to this novella you know this wrapped up super fast! I mean the story, the characters, the Insta love and sexy scenes were great! However the ending was essentially a one night stand ...hit it and done!! Whamp whaw! 😞 easily could have been a solid three or 3.5 read had the ending not been rushed as it is 2.75 stars from me✌
Have you ever read a book that caused a physical reaction? Cathleen and Frank do that! Every emotion is in there, in all books from these authors. Fear, anxious, happy, silly, sad, angry, lol and wtf moments. Yes, even the naughty ones. Read them, you'll see.
I think Frank Jensen and Cathleen Cole write the best MC books. The Vikings Tucson is like a saga, and i fell in Love with the whole group of MC members and their old ladies. Tripwire was ran off the road into the ocean, but he thinks he was saved by a Siren.
Trip and Siren were so adorable!!! I absolutely loved that we got to see what happened to Trip and the closure we got on their mission!! I hope Drew’s story is coming soon, the SF chapter sounds like it has some fun and lovable members!
Cute read, just a little too short. It ended a bit abruptly and I would have liked just one more chapter in this novella. You could feel Trip and Marina’s instant connection, but didn’t get to see it grow.
Meh This story is too fast. Nothing make sense time wise. fan fiction quality. You can live your life without reading this I'm telling you. You won't miss anything
