Yes, one reason I love this book is because I wrote it! But also, because it's great.
If you or anyone you know is trying to sell a house in this "buyer's market," I highly recommend The Essential Handbook for Selling a Home.
I am a full time real estate investor and I buy and sell houses everyday for a living. I find that most sellers have an agent put a sign in their yard and a listing on the MLS, then wait and wonder why their house isn't selling.
