Rachel always writes such a amazing heroes that loves the heroine sooooo deeply you like no other😭😭🥺🥺 When i mean deeply, like seriously so incredibly desperately unconditionally in love🥺❤️❤️❤️
No matter what the heroine is doing and say, how stubborn she is…. Her past mistake, THEY LOVE HER SO MUCH…. Oh yeah rachel always writes REVERSE HAREM, many heroes loves and mate with only one fiercely badass woman. In case you haven’t read😅 Even when the heroine is disappointed with them, about small things, they always so hurt by it and will do ANYTHING to make the heroine happy and smile. They always pursue her, cherish her and fight for her. Even the slightest thing about the heroine and for the heroine, that matters to them more than anything 🥺
In all the reverse harem and all the shifters romance book i read so far, ONLY THIS AUTHOR WRITES GREAT ROMANTIC STORY ABOUT IT. So yes you need to read from the first book of the story cause it will literally be more easier to understand the whole story begins and how…. THIS IS THE SECOND BOOK of the story and i was so shock that it was not a long one. I want a long one from this author seriously😋😋 THE SECOND BOOK is actually more romantic and more great chemistry between the heroes to the heroine. In the first book is more like them getting to know each other and more focused on the problem from the enemy. But this second book…. MORE ROMANCE🔥😛 AND MORE INTIMATE 🔥🥰 ALSO THE ACTIONS OMG🤩 THE SECOND BOOK is more about them figuring things out between them, like the past stories from the heroes that the heroine never knows about, the heroine finally opening up to them, how they worked together as a team and as leaders of the pack, their past and future holds and how all of the heroes is more serious about the heroine more than ever. more than the first book. and also the mystery that happens around them, their past and the magic, the city that actually have q bigger storyline. like they have witches and more magic things🤩

All the drama is more focused on themselves and mostly on the enemy… A bear pack.

Another great from Rachel Callahan! I am enamored with the Fated Pack series. I love reading about a strong, kick-butt FMC with realistic hesitations to emotional attachments learning how to open her heart to her mates. And I am a sucker for fated mates stories, especially when there is reluctance on one or more sides (even better when there is rejection – like we got in the first book).
There is real growth shown in Skylar and her mates. She is learning to trust them and accepting the bond, and they are learning that she is not to be treated with kid gloves and coddled. She is just as strong as they are. Zeke remains my favorite, but I wouldn’t say no to any of those growly, protective Alphas.
I really enjoy the mixture of paranormal shifter lore with mafia/crime undertones. Secrets and betrayals are the themes of this book, and it keeps going right to the end.
The smut level has spiked! There are several sharing scenes, and Everett finally unleashes his naughty self.
That cliffhanger… It’s a doozy. I am looking forward to book three to see if my theories of what happened hold true!

Ends on another cliffhanger, wraps up some loose ends from the first book even as other plot holes are dug in deeper. Some mysteries—like what the FMC’s father knew/was actually doing before his death—remain unresolved. I was glad to see that after two long books where FMC debated on whether to trust Monte while he endlessly simped for her, we finally got a real answer. It was a long time coming.
Arsenio is my least favorite addition to the crew, a one-note character if I’ve ever seen one. He loves fire, is the demolitions expert, carries around a lighter and is always flicking it open and staring coolly at the flame, has red hair, and calls the FMC “firecracker.” Every time he’s on-page, there’s like 30 fire/burning metaphors. He’s the fire guy. Fire, fire, fire. We get it.
Voted Most Likely to Get His Heart Broken is Zayn, the puppy-dog accountant who never gets any screen time that isn’t shared with 1-3 of the other MMCs, and is treated like an unwanted guest by everyone, even FMC. She makes him promise to I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again: let people who aren’t badass killers make meaningful contributions to fantasy plots! Like, what if he was able to use his job skills to find a paper trail (or digital trail) leading FMC to clues about what her father was up to before he died? What if he helped her with her oft-forgotten stated goal of helping her father’s illegal enterprises go legit? Anything would’ve been better than having him eavesdropping outside doors to be involved in matters that concern his mate.

All of the heart-to-heart confessions between FMC and one of her mates tend to follow the same formula: at first they’re afraid to open up, they finally tell their whole story, she listens without judgment, they’re shocked that she doesn’t hate them now, and then she gives them some sage advice about forgiving yourself that wouldn’t be out of place on a motivational classroom poster, and then they almost-kiss and get interrupted. The FMC gets interrupted when about to kiss or make love like 5 different times in this book, often by another one of her mates, which really makes by you wonder—why doesn’t she just keep going? There’s not one of these guys who wouldn’t be happy to just join right in, but I guess the act of opening a door is apparently a huge turn off for the FMC.
The one thing that’s kinda nice is that FMC does a bit less pushing friends and colleagues around with her alpha power in this book… sadly, not zero, but less. She even permits her mates to *gasp* occasionally put an arm over her shoulder! Or initiate a verbal confrontation with someone she’d also like to chastise! She complains about her mates doing random alpha stuff like this every time because she thinks it makes her look weak by comparison, but I don’t really agree. I just think she’s super-obsessed with appearances and looking/acting dominant, even between herself and her mates, even during sex, which is just… I mean, it’d be one thing if she was just naturally uncomfortable with certain things because she’s an alpha wolf, but the way it’s written, it sometimes feels it’s her upbringing or her insecurity that makes her act this way, even though she’d actually prefer to occasionally let her guard down. She has to stamp her (metaphorical) foot and assert her alpha-ness soooo many times, especially with Everett because they’re apparently “so alike” (idgi). Everett has no trouble being alpha without waving his magic alpha essence around the room, though he does occasionally resort to banging his fists on the table.
I feel like this is turning into not so much a review but just a big stream-of-consciousness rant, so I’m just gonna cut myself off there. The book is… fine. It’s got problems, but it’s not the worst.

This picks up right after the cliffhanger from book 1 and after a few tense moments, a revelation, for both Skylar and me. I'm not sure who heaved a greater sigh of relief! Like really PHEW! From the beginning, Skylar is no walkover, she's strong, she's determined and she can definitely hold her own. Going from zero to four mates is enough to make her mind spin! But fate is fate, although, she does need to process. Not only suddenly having mates but her father's murder, her being thrust into the role of alpha, the attack by the bears. Yeah, lots to process. Thankfully, she has a few people she can trust in this sea of piranhas, Silas, Selene and Isabella. I absolutely love Silas, he's so loyal and genuine as is Selene.
Skylar's four mates couldn't be more different if they tried! The bond of brotherhood they share is a thing of beauty, well, except for Zayn, he popped up rather unexpectedly but he's so sweet! Having been brought up in the human world, he's a bit in the dark how things work in a pack. I felt so sorry for him, the way the other 3 keep him at arms length, even Sky does, but mostly because she doesn't want him to be in danger. His twin, Zeke, is probably the most "open" of them all, Arsenio keeps his cards close to his chest, Everett, well....he has this thick outer shell, nothing can penetrate it to show HIM, he keeps hid shell very close and very tough but such a softie at heart, one just needs to get to it! One thing is beyond dispute, the love, the protectiveness, the need to be there for Sky, is so beautiful. It's so expressive, one feels everything they do and one can't help rooting for them all.
I disliked Monte already in the previous book but UGGHHH!!!! do I wish I could somehow climb into the book and slash his manhood off! And his tongue. And his hands. And then I'd end him ..As to Alaric, he'd suffer the same fate at my hands, except slower, much slower. Both are despicable characters. See, that's how GOOD the author is, she makes you love and sympathise with the good guys and makes you abhor the baddies, so well fleshed are her characters. If you think this is "another Shifter reverse harem book" you'd be wrong. Although it is, this book and series has an extremely well thought out plot, of betrayal, suspicion, mystery, loyalty, beautiful friendship and a love that's off the charts amazing. Once more, this author kept me glued to the book, from the very first sentence, to the very last word, with a doozy of a cliffhanger, leaving me once again salivating for more.

I was more than ready to get back to this world and Skylar and her babes! We got to see them figuring each other out, learning each other, working together to fight the enemy, but THIS BOOK!! We get to see just how far they all have come, In trusting each other an loving their kick ass Heroine and alpha, Sky. We get way more 🌶️ scenes in this book as opposed to book 1, and believe me, their purpose was well served 😏 I have such a deep respect for this author and the Justice she gives each of her characters, literally *chefs kiss* aside from bringing to life each and every character , the plot/storyline is unmatched! So much thought has went into this , and that is the main thing I look for in a good book, particularly when I read RH, because a lot of times the plot is less than, an so much more attention goes towards just the relationships between the harem. Rachel is a literal plot goddess. If you want smexy 🌶️ with a damn good plot that keeps you captivated from beginning to end, this series is definitely one you are going to want to sink your teeth into!
I’m still not sure which growly, hottie of Sky’s is my favorite yet. Again,Rachel and her amazing way of allowing you to form a connection with all of her characters! I know who I’m pretty partial towards, let’s see if it stays that way once we get book 3!

This is the 2nd book in the series check out Bonded and Betrothed if you haven't already.
We start after the cliffhanger in book 1. Skylar is looking strong and independent and ready to take on the world although her heart is clearly breaking. Chapter one had me absolutely gripped. The emotional turmoil that Skylar has found herself in and the way Rachel writes had me in tears. If I could reach in and hug Skylar I would have. Monte, Skylar's Beta and "friend", is beyond irritating and I'm so angry with him after just the start!
At the start of the book we spend a lot of time getting to know the twins better and I absolutely loved this part. Zayn has such a zest for life while Zeke is so hardend to it. Together they balance each other out. Not only does Skylar reap the benefits of both boys but perhaps a change in their strained relationship could be on the horizon!
I love that Sky's mates are all beginning to open up. Even though Everett is holding out you know its coming and his history will cause ripples through every one.

Rachel callahan have written such Amazing books i loved her book Bonded & betrayed . I love following skylar in her journey and i loved to read her growth as a character…. Bonded & Betrayed is the second book to Fated Pack. I always have been impressed with every book that I've read that has been written by Rachel and she has yet to disappoint (Don't see her ever doing so either). If you're into the whole fated mates and shifters vibe then I highly suggest reading this series.
I love that each of Skylar's mates have different personalities and each of them shine in their own way. The bond between each of the males is amazing especially since in most books Alphas typically have attitudes of 'im better'. Cannot wait to see the further growth with these characters both together as a whole and with themselves separately.

wow what a book and that clifhanger? yeah it left me confused and mouth gaping wide open
this book goes from 0 to 100 and then back again and by hades did i love it
the bondes between Skylar en her mates grow and mature but also blossem now that she made up her mind fully
ive invented a new swear word i like to call Monte! because he is just so bad and i stil do not like him and this book proved all my doubts correct.
the story captivated and didnt let go till i finished it and by hades again i loved every second of it!
so if you doubted it could get better then the first book.. fear not this is even way beter!
cant wait to see what book 3 has in store but im betting it will be even beter then this beauty!

These cliffhanger endings are starting to get me. I'm turning the page completely invested in the story only to come to the end knowing I'll have to wait to find out what happens next.
Skylar is still hellbent on finding out who killed her father. There are those who truly want to make it seem like her mates had something to do with it. The bears still have to be dealt with and there seems to once again be a traitor in their midst.
I've been putting off reading this book because I knew once I started I wasn't going to be able to stop. Now that I finally got the chance to read it though!!! The danger and 🌶!!! Zayn has got to be my favorite of the guys. It's mentioned several times but it's true he's not jaded like the rest and he's funny. We get to see the Skylar and Aria meeting in this one and I've been waiting for it. I can't wait to see how this turns out.

I love a strong FMC, Skylar is that and more. As the Alpha of her pack, she is the ultimate power over those shifters. But when she suspects one of the closest to her, of the ultimate betrayal she learns to begin to trust and lean on her mates. The alphas of the neighbouring pack. I love the relationship development here, the slow build to intimacy for some of them, but the commitment to their mate bonds is really one of the most interesting parts about their relationships. I loved seeing some more intimate moments and tenderness, but I also loved the fierce determination that they all have to protect their packs, even if that means taking those out that stand in the way. Brutal cliffhanger, just the way I LOVE a book to end - keep us all salivating for more!

Great Continuation!!
This book picks up right after the cliffhanger ending book 1, so make sure you read it first.
I feel like while we get some answers, we are left with new questions now.
This book grabs your attention from the start and will keep you guessing at times.
There was mystery, betrayal, humor, steam and much more!!
I thought Skylar really grew in this book. In strength and in confidence. She definitely has her hands full.

I’m mad I threw my kindle at this cliffhanger. That was just cruel Rachel Callahan.
Okay moving past my displeasure (the equivalent of being left on read). This is the second book in the series…if you haven’t read one it WILL NOT make sense. I know Everett is the Alphahole but I wanna ring his neck… he realizes his mistake (that my issue with him) by the end. So I can’t wait to see his full growth in the next book. This is definitely good. I think the biggest reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is the cliffhanger that one really hurt me lol (I very much am an instant gratification person lol).

Can I just say this book put me in the mood for all things shifter and I’m so sad that I book 2 ended lol! I couldn’t get enough of it and I want more! I am looking forward to the next book! From the very first chapter I was pulled into a roller coaster of emotions and couldn’t ask for a better read!
Something I loved is that we get to know the characters more throughout this book and the way they all seem to open up to each other. I will say there is one that is kinda holding out and I wanna bop him on the head lol be like open up! Lol!
Over all the story was so good and refreshing to read. I haven’t stopped reading shifter books since this one and I loved it completely!!

EXCELLENT!!!!!
The curveball queen strikes again and this time she threw in a hang by your fingertips cliff. What is going on?? What’s going on it that this is an amazing series. Im loving the world Ms Callahan is creating between this series and the Endcliffe Academy Monster Hunters series. Skylar is a ridiculously strong FMC. She’s amazing. Gah… I don’t want to give anything away. The story is just so captivating and the action felt like a thrill ride. And don’t get me started on the chemistry. Yummmmmm.

This is an amazing paranormal romance, Why choose story with bad booty FMCs and her bonded. She is strong, intelligent and not taking anyone’s crap. She is scared to lean into the mate bonds with her back because she is scared. I love that they don’t treat her like she is weak and they give her the space she needs to be herself. The men all deserve to grovel!
Totally recommend this book if you like gritty romance and be prepared this cliffhanger was rough!
Rachel’s writing has only gotten better each story she releases and the spice in this is off the charts!!!

Normally I end up talking about the cliffhanger, but for me, this was all about the opening chapters. I loved that Skylar waited, took her time and confirmed the film one way or the other. This is a great book with plenty of action, spice and emotion, plus a little bit of humour, loved Skylar's reaction to finding her new bonded. I kinda guessed the ending but there were still plenty of twists and turns to trip you up.
Totally enjoyable read and I do need to know what happens in the last one, it wasn't exactly looking great for them at the end

I was so happy to dive back into this world! We pick up where we left off after book 1 and Skylar is trying desperately to deal with the information that was dropped in her lap. Thankfully she's got Jasper to help her dig deep into the video she was sent. There seems to be betrayal around every corner and Sky is left tightening her circle in an attempt to keep herself, her mates and her pack safe. I have a feeling on how the end of the book went but I'm going to be anxious until I know if I'm right or not!!

I loved that this book started off with where the first one ended. I had a lot of questions in the beginning of this book but the author answered a lot of them. I like the drama and the mystery of this book. I was also happy how the author continued to develop the main characters of the book so people got to know them more. And as always the spiciness of this book did not disappoint and I am very excited to read the next book!

Ooooo.....what a thrill ride!! This book kept you glued to the pages right to the very last sentence. I loved that the story just drew you right back in and kept your attention. The storyline was entertaining, exciting, mysterious, smexy, and omg the jaw-dropping moments. Skylar has definitely grown in this book, and I love her even more. This was such an enjoyable read and one series that I am definitely going to re-read and recommend!

Wow, what a read. This book from the moment that I started reading could not put down. It moves along at a pace that is perfect for this story. Making for an easy and enjoyable read. The characters are fantastic and no matter what happens you cannot help but love them and you want to be there fo them. This book has to be on your TBR list, there is no doubt about it. You will not be sorry that you read it.

I could not put this book down. Rachel started the obsession to devour this series with book one and the pace didn't relent all the way through book two. Her world building and characters are so rich as she spins her tale. I got lost in her scenes as the action, drama, secrets, betrayal and connections whirl around me. And that will have to hold me until book three is in my impatient hands. There is a cliffhanger - be ready.

I loved the first book in this series and I have been anxiously awaiting the release of the sequel. I was not disappointed in the least and I had so much fun. This book was sooooo good and was everything I could have asked for from a sequel. The characters, the plot, the romance, and the story all combined to make a great book that I will be thinking about for a long time!

Loved this one! This one is probably my favorite over book 1. The character growth was phenomenal. It is like a murder mystery with of course betrayal. However, it is still a mystery on who killed the FMCs father. All of her mates are so swoon worthy and they all balance each other out. The storyline is perfection and the spice is delicious. This did end up on a cliffhanger and I can’t wait to see where it goes.
