At the precocious age of two, while living in Italy, she had memorized an entire children’s book in Italian and expertly turned the pages at the exact right moments of the story. As she grew up, she always enjoyed literature, no doubt having been instilled with a love of story telling from her early years in Catholic school where she was greatly influenced by exemplary teachers who taught her the value of English and Literature. Though she did not pursue writing in college and instead went for the more traditional route of International Business inspired by her love for travel and all things foreign, after a move to New York City, she found her creative writing side calling once again. She began writing a restaurant review blog, City Lights and Tasty Bites, detailing her other passion – food! The hectic hustle and bustle of the city, combined with long commuting times gave her the opportunity to spend more time reading and rekindled a lost love. After reading countless books in many diverse genres over the two years in New York City, and returning to her home state of Florida, she felt compelled to write something for herself. She had always felt particularly drawn to Young Adult novels and having been an eternal romantic at heart, a fantasy romance was a natural choice. Welcome to another season of the Bachelor on the island of Azar. If you are familiar with GK deRosa you are familiar with Azar, a wonderful mystical world that everyone dreams of one day visiting. If GK deRosa is new in your reading list, do not worry you can totally read this book as a start of a new series on its own. And then go back because believe me you will want more.
This book grabbed me from the beginning. I have to confess I never watched the bachelorette or the bachelor not my cup of tea but these books give me more. Deacon - a tiger shifter - is our bachelor and he deserves his chance, after his loss in the last bachelorette season. He comes to the house with the thought of having 8 weeks of fun in adulterous ways, he knows his tiger will get possessive if he develops feelings so for him it is just about the ***. But do not worry this book is not all nasty, GK has a fantastic way with words and man does she write some steamy scenes that still keep plenty for your imagination.
I had to say keeping 12 ladies straight was a little bit of a challenge for me but I do know that if you join her facebook group she does have a dossier that can make it easier but I personally like to figure out what type of supernatural they are so I had my notebook handy trying to find the little easter egg clues that she gives. There are some girls you just like right away and some that rub you the wrong way and I promise you the ones I appreciate might not be the ones you appreciate because the personalities of these ladies are so different that they speak to every lady that reads this book. That personally to me is a great achievement.
True to GK deRosa and her Hitched series, being on the bachelor/bachelorette is never just a boring thing. Oh no there are twists and turns that you do not expect for instance, what in the world 2 bachelors, I am not going to tell you who else shows up but what in the Hades is going on. And then people are getting hurt, again. I started this book and had a hard time putting it down, I needed to know what is happening next. Who is going to be going on a date? What are they doing for the date? So many questions and so many points of view. It was a wonderful read and I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

Sweet Temptation by G. K. DeRosa is the first book of season two of Hitched Live, which tells the beginning of the new ''adventure'' of Deacon,our lovely tiger shifter, who's been offered a chance to make more money to help his pack and also have a little ''innocent'' fun to help him get over the heartbreak from season one by being the new bachelor of Hitched.
This book, as well as the others, deserves infinite stars. Is so well written that it just teleports you to the Azar Universe. As if it wasn't enough surprise that Deacon got his own chance to find ''the one'', we are also spoiled with other delicious surprises. The first surprise was that I got to meet some characters that I was wondering about or that I didn't even think I would see again.
What I loved the most is that even if it is structured like the others in the Hitched series, the love stories that are slowly building are so much different, unespected, forbidden, and overwhelming.
What annoyed me is that the producers are still good at nothing and enjoying the dangers that they are putting the participants through and the drama around them, but it's understandable since the viewers wouldn't enjoy the show if everything went smoothly. After all, we, the readers, love Azarian drama too.
I definitely recommend this book to all fantasy lovers, and please read all the other books in the Azar Universe so you can better understand this one.

This book starts off where season one ended: Aspen is happily mated to her chosen bachelor from season one, but that leaves Deacon left high and dry, so to speak. This book is another season of everyone’s favorite show, Hitched, but this time the bachelor is Deacon.
While Deacon is meeting the 12 ladies, someone else ends up on the scene and things get really interesting! I won’t say who this person is, exactly, but I will say they are a complicated individual and I loved seeing things from their perspective. It was really different seeing two different POV’s from this show and how that changes the dynamic of how the season will unfold.
Even the elimination scene and the pieces leading up to it were interesting because of the turn of events. So far I’m rooting for Harper and Rose, but we’ll have to see in the next installment what happens!
I read this very quickly, as I always do with G.K.’s books, and I can’t wait for book 2 to come out!

The second season of Hitched Live is slightly different than all the Hitched shows before. This time the reality show includes two bachelors with 12 bachelorettes to choose from. Deacon and Slade are the stars of the show, the previously eliminated bachelors from the first season are back for some fun and perhaps love.
I’m interested to see how this unfolds. What if both of them have feelings for the same bachelorette? What other challenges will arise this time? It's too soon to predict who will be paired with whom, but I have a general idea.
Each of the 12 bachelorettes has a distinct personality, some slutty than the others even I cannot wait to get rid of. Now we're down to eight bachelorettes, I can't wait to learn more about their background stories, particularly Harper, Everly, Chance and even the stylish, Dawn. As for Rose, I'm fairly certain her parents are Kimmie-Jayne and Fenix. I do recall them having a baby girl named Rose Ashley 😉.

You guys! This book is classic G.K. DeRosa - even down to the “Oh, shnike’s” and “hot tiger babies” – which had me giggling. Once again she has brought us a fun, quick-paced story set in the world of Azar, complete with all the usual twists, drama, and sabotage we are used to when the plot is centered around another season of Hitched. BUT! This one is more adult than the OG (Hitched: The Bachelorette), so be prepared for adult language, content, and situations. From my favorite broody book boyfriends to diabolical producers and comical emcees, I really enjoyed all the Easter eggs she left in this story and cannot wait for book 2! (PS - the twist is a doozy! But a fun one!).

I started out with season 2 of The Hitched Live Series, and I wasn't disappointed. Although I know I should read season 1 first, I chose not to.
Who doesn't love a good fantasy with some added drama being on a Bachelor/Bachelorette show? Well, Sweet Temptions gives you all of that and more.
Deacon is the new bachelor, and he's ready to go out and just have some fun. Not necessarily fall in love or maybe just lust with someone. No, he doesn't want any of that, so he says. What we don't know is that the producers have some sneaky tricks up their sleeves and bring on another bachelor, Slade.
Things are heating up. Some of the ladies are being targeted, or is it the Bachelors being targeted? We haven't quite figured it all out yet. And now that a fee of the ladies have been sent home, what is up those producers' sleeves next?

Fabulous! I have read all of the books in our wonderful Hitched universe and this one definitely throws the curve balls at you! If you've read the last one of this world, you know how swoon worthy Deacon was, so having him as the bachelor - *chef's kiss*! However.... right after the ladies arrive... MAJOR TWIST # 1! I won't spoil it, but that was NOT expected... at all! By the end of the book, you're wondering what's actually going on or if Hitched truly is cursed like all the contestants before have believed. I can't wait to see what happens next! This is gonna be a doozy, I can just tell... and I am here for it!

Wow!! Hitched Season 2 is starting off string and keeping everyone, including our Bachelors, in their toes. What first seems crazy with both Deacon and Slade competing together, really ends up as a bromance of the ages. These guys really need each other and care for one another. Slade looking out for Deacon tugged on my heart strings. Actually Slade overall tugged in my heart strings, I love his POVs. As for the girls, so many are great. Rose, Harper, Everly and Chance. I can’t wait to read more and find out not only who continues to find a connection but who can make it through all the crazy/scary happenings that are going down!

Mystery and mistakes?
I can't honestly compare this to bachelor or bachelorette game shows, since I'm one of the few that have never had any interest in watching them.
I imagine, minus the mysterious Play, it would be very confusing mixing so many make out and hook up sessions.
How about these two ever figure out who they actually want to be with? It seems fate isn't pushing them really to one person.
However, I am TOTALLY TEAM SLADE FOR THE HAPPY ENDING. We know Deacon well fall for one of them, but is he really going in the right direction?but is he really going in the right direction?

Another good read i didn't get into this one as much as the previous books but I think thats only because I don't know much about the new characters and their stories yet but I still really enjoyed reading it. I love Deacons and Slades bickering and the friendship that I can see starting to form between the two. Even though they get on each other's nerves, they still have each other's backs. I am looking forward to reading the rest of their story. Still definitely recommend reading this series.

What a start to the series, I couldn't put the book down. I wanted to meet everyone and see what crazy things would happen. The characters are engaging, I definitely am interested to learn more about them in future books. Deacon is interesting, but the twist added a different element. Starts out with Deacon and then you add 12 bachelorettes and then another bachelor. With all that you start with the spice. Can't wait for the rest if the books with extended heat added in. GK DeRosa knows how to bring it all to life.

Well didn't suspect a twist that early in the book and what can I say I'm very down for it....Absolutely loved this book and it's already become my favourite hitch series of all time , now waiting for book 2 is going to be a killer.

I loved season 1 so was super excited to read season 2 and it did not disappoint! It’s an incredible start as we meet Deacon and our 12 bachelorettes. Add another bachelor, throw in some heat, some spice and some twists and turns and you will find yourself totally lost into this world. Exciting, thrilling and off to a fun start, I simply cannot wait to read more!

Continuing of the dating game 2 single paranormal men bought back to the show with 12 ladies to find love , but twist has them being attacked by unknown people or person where just not sure who ? The book ends on sneak peak book 2 but the guys we hope both find true love after last times disapoinmnet loosing the one they fell for both of them .

Light Bulb!!
I’ve read all of Hitched Live season 1&2 and there are SOO many theories running through my head. Rereading this gave me an “AH HA” moment and if I’m right you are very sneaky GK. 😏 Can’t wait see how Electra-fying things will get. And OMG I’m loving the Slade/Rose dynamic. 🥰

Book 4 in The Hitched Live series, season 2
A fantasy romance in a supernaturals bachelor-style reality tv show setting with an intriguing cast of characters and lots of laughs with a delightful bromance to top it off. I had no idea what to expect with this one, but it's been a hilarious ride so far.

This book is a welcome addition to this series and is already ramping up the heat!! I love the view into different characters minds and really getting to know them. It’s like have the inside scoop on the bachelor.

Loved returning back to hicth, and I love it features our favourite bachelors! I do hope decon and slade get there forever, just love the twist and turns! You never know what's going to happen! Can't wait for book 2!!

Great start to a new season of this series, although it can be read with no prior knowledge of this world. Wonderful characters, well constructed, engaging and complex, fast paced with twists and turns already. Fast paced, fun and a pleasure to read.

I love this series, so much drama and heartbreak. I hope Rose gets the one she needs, and both Deacon and Slade can heal from Aspen, but as usual, it ends on a cliffhanger, so we must wait to see how it all works out.

This book is entertaining, filled with lots of action and twists and turn. Only sad that I'll have to wait for the next book, as this one ended in a c!iffhanger. I can't wait for the next book. I received this book as a Free ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.

The Hitched series was one of my favorite finds and the fact that GK Derosa has built a whole world with spin off series makes this even better. Hitched Live is so much fun and I love seeing more from Deacon and Slade.
