Schon paar gute erste Insights, wenn man sich das erste Mal so wirklich damit beschäftigt. Es regt auf jeden fall an darüber nachzudenken, wie man vor Leuten spricht. Einiges macht man vielleicht schon bewusst, anderes vielleicht noch gar nicht.
