In this book, he reveals to Philip Orbanes everything he knows about the world's most popular board game. "And that, quite frankly, " boasts Mr. Monopoly "TM", "is everything."
This book contains a bunch of rules and exceptions to the rules of the game Monopoly. After reading this book there is no possible way that you can lose a game of monopoly. You can reference the book to prove the rule or exception. This is a great book to allow the students that read it to play the game in class (Math class or any class) one day and try out some of the things they learned in the book using the book as reference if needed.
So far a pretty good history and introduction to basic strategies. However, it is housed in a cheesy "conversation" type style with Mr. Monopoly. Kinda dorky, but jam-packed with info about the game.
This was a fun book that I got very cheap. I now know just how wrong I have been playing Monopoly all these years. If you enjoy playing America's game you should pick up a copy. This covers the complete history as well as the proper rules and strategies.
