Too Many Issues, Including NO SOLUTIONS!!

These are certainly complex mazes, 250 of them increasing in complexity as the book moves along. The mazes all look the same, rectangles with what looks like twisting and sometimes overlapping pipes/tubes. The entrances and exits are not clearly marked, but I think they were all pretty much bottom left and upper right, though which is the entrance and which is the exit is not marked, either. I did not like three things about this maze book. First, the mazes all pretty much look the same. I've reviewed many maze books that really changed up the shapes, perhaps even coming up with 3D mazes, putting the maze within an animal's body, or providing something else of interest. The way the maze complexity increases is simply to cram in more pipes. The mazes are all the same size; complexity is solely based on how many of the tubal pathways are squished within the rectangle. I wish the mazes were more varied and had different ways of increasing complexity than just cramming in more tubes! I wish the publisher had given instructions on how to do these mazes with what they described on their introductory page as crossings. I haven't seen many of this type of maze before, and the ones I've seen before were as confusing as these. What is considered an illegal move? Can you go both under and over the crossings? But the biggest thing I didn't like about this book is that it has no solutions! I believe every puzzle book requires a solution section! To not provide one is to only give you part of the book. Most unfair and not right! Because of these issues, I do not feel like I can recommend this maze challenge puzzle book.

I received a free digital copy of this puzzle book, but that did not affect my review.
