Biasanya sehabis membaca buku yang saya anggap bagus, paling pol cuma 4 bintang yang saya kasih. tapi kali ini, kayaknya nggak tega kalau hanya memberi 4 bintang untuk conan 71. dan sepertinya semua penggemar conan sejati akan sepakat dengan saya kalau cerita conan kali ini sungguh menguras otak dan hati karena hampir dari awal hingga akhir buku, pembaca dimanjakan oleh cerita conan bersama idolanya, Sherlock Holmes.
beberapa waktu yang lalu saya sempat penasaran, kapan Aoyama Gosho memberikan eksklusif cerita antara Conan dan Sherlock Holmes dalam satu bingkai cerita, jika akan ada cerita tersebut pastinya sang penulis akan membuatnya terasa istemewa. dan benar, ternyata di nomer 71 ini cerita antara Conan dan Sherlock Holmes dimunculkan dengan begitu manis, karna banya kasus-kasus terkenal Holmes yang ikut dimunculkan.
Ahh, rasanya hampir tidak ingat sensasi bahagia setelah membaca Conan, dan menurut saya di nomor 71 ini, Shinichi datang menjawab kebosanan saya yang mulai merasa "flat" dengan cerita Detective Conan. Tak sabar menunggu Detective Conan 72!

Bourbon arc chắc là một trong những arc gây ức chế nhất khi đọc theo tuần. Bourbon được giới thiệu vào khoảng tập 59-60 nhưng bây giờ mình đọc đến tập 71 rồi mà nhân vật Amuro Tooru vẫn chưa xuất hiện :)). Người duy nhất có vẻ liên đới chút chút đó là nhân vật mới Okiya Subaru và những chương có anh này, FBI và Akai (người tưởng đã chết) xuất hiện (sau này mới biết là do Vermouth và Bourbon giả dạng).
Có rất nhiều vụ án mang tính filler, chèn vô mà không hề có tí liên quan đến cốt truyện chính. Những vụ có chuyện tình yêu tình báo của đội cảnh sát Tokyo thì mình vẫn còn hứng thú vì các anh các chị rất là cute, những vụ có đôi Heiji - Hazuka cũng vậy. Nhưng phải hơn 50% vụ án từ đó đến giờ là không có miếng đóng góp nào vào diễn biến chính luôn ạ.
Nói là vậy nhưng vẫn phải vô đây và cho tập 71 5 sao vì vụ án trong này cuốn thực sự. 11 chap ở London này được viết quá xuất sắc và thể hiện được bút lực mạnh mẽ của bác già, mình cũng tin là bác cũng rất hào hứng khi vẽ những chương này. Bối cảnh hoàn toàn rời xa Nhật Bản, đi vòng vòng quanh London chỉ để tìm manh mối, cộng thêm các địa điểm và giải mật mã đều liên quan đến Sherlock Holmes và các vụ án trong bộ truyện đó, chèn vô ở giữa là những câu quotes huyền thoại. Trời ơi, đọc nó đã. Chưa kể là đôi ShinRan còn có mấy cảnh tình cảm mùi mẫn nữa :)) Đọc muốn trụy tim luôn :)).
Thế nên là mặc dù Amuro chưa xuất hiện nhưng mình đã trồi lên và cho tập này một cái rating xứng đáng với độ hay của nó.

probablemente uno de los mejores arcos de gosho!
primero tenemos temática en londres (mw permito ignorar lo random de su viaje). y justamente un caso relacionado a Holmes para su mayor fan en todo el mundo.
luego tenemos de vuelta a shinichi como adolescente! esta parte es emocionante. y su declaración a ran fue tan romántica y tan única de él! quedó muy bien con su personaje y su historia.
la historia de la reina del tenis y todos los sucesos me parecieron muy bien realizados. amo este tomo y este arco💜.

One of the worst cliffhangers in the series yet, but man, what a great volume! Chiba's short story at the beginning was also very sweet, and I really hope things work out for him.

Case Closed Vol. 71 is definitely one of the more notable volumes compared to previous ones, and not for the reason most people would expect. A large portion of the volume is centered around the London Arc. If you ask caught up readers, they would mostly say it's an insanely satisfying volume out there because it finally delivers one of the most important plot pieces people have been longing for the whole series. The earlier chapters begin with lighter mysteries and character moments that help set up the emotional tone of the volume, but once the story shifts to London, the atmosphere changes completely.
What makes the London Arc so memorable is not necessarily the mystery instead, but the pressure surrounding the characters. Conan spends much of the arc balancing the case in front of him with his growing frustration over hiding the truth from Ran. After so many volumes of hesitation and misunderstanding the emotional tension finally reaches a breaking point. The setting also helps the story stand out. London gives the volume a different feel from the usual cases, and the landmarks, crowds and rainy atmosphere make the arc feel larger in scale than most of the series mysteries.
The earlier cases in the volume are still enjoyable, especially because they focus more on relationships and conversation than complicated murder tricks. They are not especially ground breaking, but they do a good job easing into the heavier emotional payoff later on. Compared to the London chapters, though, they are naturally less memorable. Once the story reaches its emotional climax, it becomes difficult to focus on anything else.
Overall, Case Closed Vol. 71 stands out because it finally rewards readers who had been waiting years for progress between Conan/Shinichi and Ran. While the mysteries themselves are solid, the real strength of the volume is the you know what and the end that continues on to the next chapter. For longtime fans of the series, it’s a huge development in character dynamics.

This volume kicks off with a short story...one could call it a love story made for Lifetime movies, but it is a sweet story that was enjoyable from start to finish. The next story is the main story of the volume and the reason for the cover images of Detective Conan at Wimbledon. Conan is excited to be in London where his mentor and idol Sherlock Holmes existed. When word of an assassination is revealed, Conan is right into detective mode to solve the case and save a life! This grand story does not conclude in this volume but looks to be concluded in volume 72, so another cliffhanger installment of Case Closed.

I recently went to Japan and got reminded of all the managas I read when I was younger. So I decided to keep reading them and the new ones are not disappointment.
I love how detective conan combines short stories in a bigger picture and the logic behind the stories. It´s thought through and transports me into a different world everytime.

I have decided to read all the chapters available up to now (we are almost to 1000!) As you can see, I am totally fangirling over here and I don't care, because this is one of my favorite manga series, ever! But all of this aside, there are a few things I wanted to list so I don't need to go back and look everything up when I do finally sit down and write my fangirl review. ✌🏻

#2, as you can tell by #1, I read this online. I would never waste my money buying a manga series in english that cannot get the name correct and mess up the main characters to make it appear more "ENGLISH." I am so happy I don't run a blog and this isn't a review on Sailor Moon, #1, because I have a huge soap box tirade against DiC. I also don't think there is anything against reading something online. Comics, which is what manga are, are meant to be read and shared and sometimes paying over $10 is too much in my opinion. Plus, I read the newest chapters as soon as they are released from Japan, because I would never miss a release of DC. So this is my personal shout out to you translators from me, Thank You!

Band 71 beginnt mit einem neuen Fall und endet mal wieder offen.
in dem diesmal die Detektiv Boys und Inspektor Chiba eine Rolle spielen. Der Fall ist zwei Kapitel kurz, wird aber sicher später wieder aufgenommen. Es war erfrischend, mal einen der anderen Nebencharaktere für eine eigene Story auftauchen zu sehen.
Danach beginnt eine Geschichte, die sich über den kompletten restlichen Manga erstreckt und immer noch nicht abgeschlossen ist. Aber diese Geschichte ist wirklich sehr spannend und gut gemacht und es geht nach LONDON! =) Da erfreut sich doch jedes Holmes-Herz und Shinichis natürlich auch. Moment, Shinichi?! Genau, richtig gelesen. Der Gute hat einen Kurzauftritt, für meinen Geschmack zwar etwas zu kurz, aber bei diesem Manga ist man ja solche Leiden gewöhnt.
Lachen musste ich ja sehr bei den Namen der englischen Charaktere des Falls. Allesamt der griechischen und römischen Mythologie entliehen.
Auf jeden Fall war es mal wieder richtig schön, einem langen und spannenden Fall zu folgen und Shinichi mal so richtig knobeln zu sehen. Und zudem kamen auch Werke über Sherlock Holmes in der Episode vor. Schön! Man darf sicher gespannt sein, wie es im nächsten Band weitergeht, denn die Geschichte ist ja in London noch nicht abgeschlossen.

CHILDHOOD SECRETS AND A LOST CONFESSION
Chiba searches Teitan Elementary’s storage room for a 13-year-old VHS tape containing a long-lost reply to his childhood love letter from Naeko Miike. Meanwhile, the Detective Boys help search for a different tape for their teacher. Conan pieces together that it contains a precious childhood video of Chiba and Naeko—only to discover that it has been recorded over, leaving the mystery of the lost confession unsolved.

Kogoro, Ran, and Conan find themselves in London after helping a wealthy British woman locate her missing cat.
