"Skye Blue" is the story of Skye and Noah.

Our heroine is a strong survivor, who has gone through hell in her very young life. Raped, framed, tortured, imprisoned, she now strives to finally find happiness and peace for herself. Things change when the hero, a pompous and self assured man finally notices her, they they begin a purely sexual relationship. But with the shadows of the h's past haunting her, will she ever be able to confess the truth and find her HEA?
Will the hero accept her?

Hmm. This disappointed me. My heart truly broke for the h, and what she had to go through. The hero came off as selfish, and his road to self discovery was not well explored. 40% of the book was them banging, while I'd have preferred if they took time to heal themselves. Furthermore, the snippets about the rest of the McCoys and missing Aron ate up the rest of the book, and I was honestly more intrigued/disturbed by that than what was happening with our MCs.

Poor Skye and Libbie :(

Safe?

Skye Blue pulls the reader deeper into the emotional turmoil surrounding the McCoys of Tebow and the ever-present threat that a devastating loss is just around the corner.
If the previous story and the revelation that Aron McCoy was alive but clearly suffering amnesia, left you heart-broken and crushed, then this latest story will rock the very foundation of your soul.
Fighting despair and the too real possibility that the eldest McCoy may be lost to them forever, the fragile bindings holding the McCoys together are continually tested and in no need of further strain.
But fate is a cruel taskmaster; so while a long awaited birth brings joy and sorrow, a mystery illness will threaten the life of another and her unborn twins; and the always, reliable, solid and no nonsense Noah will discover a long hidden secret that is destined to shatter his belief in himself and the trust in his family.
In the midst of insurmountable change Noah will be forced to look beyond the black and white; and through the eyes of an incredibly pure and gentle soul, discover the man he is meant to be and the strength that abounds from unconditional love.
Thank you Sable Hunter for beauty amongst the tragedy, and hope amid despair; a little of my heart will always belong to the McCoys.

First let me say, I love Sable Hunter's books. I will read anything she writes. This book is Noah's story. Wow, I did not see that one coming. The revelation about Noah just literally blew me away. And Skye, just how much she had to endure in her life all because she was part Indian, that was just a travesty. And Noah steps up to the plate and is her salvation. How do you say? Read the book to find out. The sex scenes were really erotic, graphic and hot!! And of course, we get a little more teaser about Aron, where he is possibly at. Jacob and Jessie have the baby in this one and there is drama surrounding this event too. I absolutely loved this book. If you are keeping up with the Hell Yeah series, then this is a must read, but you need to start at the beginning and read them in order. Now I can't wait for the next one. Hell Yeah, bring it on!!!

Oh, Noah!!! His good intentions are almost always misunderstood by others. . . I am so glad that we finally get to see his redemption. Noah and Skye are like 2 halves of one. They complement each other. They heal each other's hurt. They are so meant to be with each other. Another touching and heartwarming book in the Hell, Yeah! series that is guaranteed to be one of your favorites!

Two people who feel like they don't belong ~ one because she's always faced prejudice because of her ethnicity, the other because he just felt different than the rest of his family. Together they find acceptance in each other and are able to face their doubts/fears together.

Sable Hunter has written another wonderful novel in her Hell Yeah! series, and while ALL questions aren't answered yet about the mysteries that surround and consumes the McCoy family, one very important one is for Noah and he's able to realize he always was and always will be a REAL McCoy.

A MUST read for fans of Sable Hunter and her Hell Yeah! series. While Sable still isn't answering all the questions about Aaron's whereabouts, she just might throw readers a tidbit or two which will have you jumping right into the next novel in this series.

Sable Hunter does it again, another fantastic McCoy book.

Noah McCoy only sees the world in Black & White, there is no Grey. He loves his family and judges everybody by his standards. Noah discovers a secret which could change this life forever.

Skye Blue is a women who has had a hard life. She has been living in hell and has survived. Skye has secrets which she will never tell and only a life she can dream of. She meets Noah and hopes her life can change.

Noah sees the world in colour for the first time and it's because of Skye. Does Skye tell Noah her secrets or loses the men she could love?

Could Noah find Aron? Could Noah find Love?

I love Noah's story, what a fantastic story and I would recommend Sable Hunters books to everybody.

What a wonderfully written love story, it was well worth the wait.
Skye and Noah had so much to overcome especially Skye. The sex was varied and hot, and steamed my glasses and Kindle. Writing without spoilers can be difficult, but this is one of the best in (Hell Yeah)series.
We now know Aron is alive and we all impatiently wait for Christmas for the next chapter in this wonderful family saga. The struggles and upsets the McCoy family is going through, the sense of family and love comes off the pages and leaves you wanting more.

I loved "Skye Blue". I've been a fan of Sable's work since I happened upon the first book in the Hell Yeah Series "Cowboy Heat". I fell in love with the McCoy family. In "Skye Blue" we get Noah's story, as well as catching up with the rest of the family. I'm looking forward to read what happens in the next book in the series "I'll Remember You" coming out at Christmas! I highly recommend all of Sable's work!

I have not liked Noah during this entire series. He was Melba toast in this book. Pretty bland. Did not piss me off (which is a miracle) but did not inspire me. Skye was a little too weird for me to connect to. She was full of contradictions and I just could not figure her out. Their couple time was good. They bonded, had sex and forged a relationship. Overall, it was ok and probably would be a lot better if I had not read the prior novels and disliked Noah so much already.

Noah has always seen life in black and white. Everything had to line up. Skye has had a rough life. Being half Native American has not been easy.
Noah has found out some news that he doesn't understand. He goes on a vision quest with Skye. Some things come to light for him. Skye"s past is coming back and now is the time for the truth to come to light. Will Noah still want her?

As always this is just to let you know before reading my review that I write my reviews as I am reading so I don’t forget anything I wanted to say. So please keep that in mind when you reading this and if it seems like I am making any guesses as to what MIGHT happen this is why.

It's been awhile since i read the other books in this series , so it took me a little bit to remember everyone.
I'm really pulling for Skye in this...she has been through hell in her life and she deserves happiness. This whole Aron thing...makes me mad...they need to find him; he and Libby went through too much to be robbed of their HEA!
I don’t know if they realize they are doing this but the entire family is pushing Noah away and if they aren't careful they may end up losing another brother only this one won’t want to come back because he feels unwelcome.

Skye…oh holy hell she has been through so much in her life, and I see why she feels the way she does. I also think this is the type of “gray” area that Noah needs to make him see the world isn’t all black and white. I have a feeling Arthur is going to be a huge role in this book, and a huge danger to Skye’s well-being.
I’m also hoping the Noah is going to finally be the one who finds Aron…because this family needs a break:
1. Their parents die
2. Libby has her battle with leukemia
3. Jessie almost gets killed
4. Joseph gets paralyzed (even though only temporarily)
5. Cady died literally at least for a few minutes
6. Aron disappears
7. Jessie’s baby Bowie has a bad heart valve
8. Nathan’s little girly friend got into a car accident
What else is going to go badly for this poor family? I think they have had about all they can handle in the bad luck department…
Oh and that’s just this McCoy family…who knows what has happened with their cousins that were introduced in Zane’s book.
Okay I did NOT see that coming…

Lmao okay that made me laugh…
”What’s on your mind, Zena Warrior Princess?”
Why did I find this funny?
1. It’s Xena not Zena…and it looked funny reading it (easy mistake because it sounds like a “Z”.
2. Xena is a Warrior Princess with a Greek mythology background not Native American.

Don’t get me wrong I’m aware the author used it as a sarcasm spot in the book…I just thought it was hilarious she used Xena and not someone else like Pocahontas. Though reading further I understand why she did it that way. (Sorry my inner geek came out for a second)

Dun, dun, DUN…I saw this one coming, as soon as Noah read that entry in the diary and I actually thought about it. I figured it out…I’m just wondering

Things just got a little more interesting, and we haven’t even gotten to Arthur’s threat to Skye yet…
AND boom seriously right after I typed that last sentence and read the next paragraph everything goes to hell!

DAWWW!!! That was so FREAKING cute!!!

What a way to end a book…GAH!!! So glad I have the next book on hand or I would be so mad right now.
This was a great book and I really do love this series. Sable Hunter writes an amazing story and I can’t wait to see what’s in store next for Libby and Aron in I’ll Remember You

Just alone the prologue I found myself in deep turmoil. I felt so moved and so connected to Skye and her story than any other Hell Yeah stories, yet. I felt also more connected with the McCoy family and got a sense of how their parents were with them and how the Cancer Foundation got started.

Noah McCoy in this story learns about himself and how he is needed in the McCoy family. Skye Blue is a woman that has suffered so much in her younger years and can’t trust a man only that there is one man that she has taken a liking to and that is Noah. They both set out to find themselves and what they end of finding is each other. Noah has just learned a haunting secret and needs to get away and find out who he is but in that journey finds out he is in love with Skye. Skye has just seen the brother of the man that she killed but mind you in self defense. It’s hard to believe that there are still people out there that can be so cruel to another human being because of their race. Skye needs to see where life is going to take her; she needs connect with nature find out what is next. Only she never thought she would be doing these things with Noah and the amount of time they would be spending it together like in entwined together.

Only time has come to a stop and they need to go to reality and Noah finds out that his family needs him even if it is to solve some of their problems. Skye finds herself in a world of hurt and she knows she can’t tell Noah about serving time. What he feels for her will be gone when he finds out that she is a murderer.

Wow I totally loved this story. I love how the family is united in trying to find out what happened to Aron. There is no way he died and Libby will not tolerate someone saying that. I loved seeing the other brothers and their fiancés and seeing where their lives are going. It’s sad to read how a precious little baby is not doing well and has a future of surgery(s) and recovery time. I love that one couple has set a date for their wedding and another soon to be mother is having some pain who knows what is going on. The McCoy brother’s deserve a happily ever after and it seems that they may get their wish.

Thank you Sable Hunter for your wonderful writing and for sharing with us your talent. I love how this story just enthralled me from the beginning to the very end. I know I’m a very emotional person but I’m sorry I couldn’t stop the tears from running down. Your writing style is clear and focused and your storylines are unique. I can’t wait to see how Aron’s homecoming goes.

Every book Sable Hunter has me entranced in her stories. She makes me fall more in love with each McCoy.

Sky Blue-She is a woman I could admire. She is strong willed and beautiful. For all the crap she went through with the rape, prison, and her new tormentor, she always found a way to care for others. I loved Skye because what she went through so many people go through still. This culture should be admired and disrespected on. I love that her spirit animal is an Owl for they are beautiful Creatures. Sable did a good job on choosing that for her. I loved the stories Skye told Noah about her culture. They were very inspiring. I loved how she stood up to Langley to keep him from shooting Noah.

Noah McCoy what can I say about this McCoy? Let see, oh I wish he was real. I love how smart he is and how much he cared for his family. My heart dropped for him when he found his mom diary. But when he left with Skye he as well found his spirit animal. His was the wolf and I couldn't picture a better animal that would be suited for him. I loved how strong he was and how he accepted Skye and her family's history. And of course excepting her past. I loved how he defended her again Langley. I also want to mention that when he opened up to BDSM I smiled. Cause now he understands Issac a little more.

I just want to point out that I as well would like to meet a man who will leave pebbles by my bed, beside my keurig, and in the middle of the night stand outside my window with a barrel full of pebbles and tossing them at my window. Read the book and you will know what I mean.

This is an amazing read. I highly recommend it to everyone. It made me laugh and it made me cry but its all worth it.

One thing I love about the Hell Yeah Series is that Sable writes about strong women and each of their stories are very different. They are perfect matches for the McCoy men who love unconditionally and with their whole heart!

Faced with the uncertainty of his true identity and without Aron there to lean on, Noah struggles with where he fits within the McCoy family. He falls in love with Skye who hasn’t had an easy life. She has had to endure abuse, rape and a false imprisonment. But even with the raw deal she was handed and the prejudices she’s had to endure, she is not bitter and may be the one person who can help Noah accept his situation.

“There’s a rhythm, a natural order of things, a perfect energy which empowers all aspects of life. When one becomes aware of this energy, it doesn’t make you special or unique, it reminds us that life goes on. We can make the most out of what we’re given, or throw up our hands and quit. There isn’t some grand scheme. What we make of our life is up to us, it’s our choice.”

The love and respect that the McCoy parents instilled in their boys are always prevalent and it makes each of their love stories more romantic (in their own way) than the brother before.
The drama, suspense, romance and HOT sex will captivate you and you won’t be able to put this book down!

I have been waiting for this book, Noah's story. After all the wrong decisions he made on behalf of his brothers and their love lives, I wanted a little payback. In previous books Noah looked at life as black or white, no compromising, and in his opinion he was always right.
As always with a Sable Hunter story, I was transported to the world of the McCoy's, the twists n turns, and many heart stopping moments kept me on edge and turning the page.
Noah met Skye Blue and she changed his whole out look on life, and became his world. I wouldn't say he got payback, well I really didn't want the lovely guy to suffer, but he came to understand others better. The family are going through tough times, and Noah had a personal crisis of his own. Skye had little self worth after the dreadful things that had happen to her in her past, she was ashamed, but the fault wasn't hers. Together they were strong, and exactly what each other needed.
Now it am patiently waiting for the Christmas wedding and hoping Aron comes home, then all will be perfect in McCoy world.
Not long to wait for I'll Remember You, out December 23rd

Sable Hunter - Finding Dandi (Hell Yeah! - Book 9)

I have enjoyed all previous installments, this one may not be my favorite, however, it is enjoyable when Lucas and Dandi find each other again.

Dandi and Lucas love each other, but when Dandi hears “only part” of a conversation and didn’t stick around to hear it all, she runs away. In doing so, she was in an accident while traveling on a bus and loses her memory. And, she is pregnant and doesn’t know who the father is. It takes 3 years before Lucas runs into Dandi and finds out that he is a father. Now they need to move forward and not waste any more time than has already been lost. Find out if they can pick up the pieces and have a second chance.

What didn’t work for me?
A) I believe that the author could have done better research on the medical side of this story. With family members with the same problem, it is not an accurate description. For those that don’t know any better, it really doesn’t matter.
B) Dandi was less than mature with her action of running away. Perhaps Lucas should consider that before he says “I DO”.
