Sarah McHatton was born in America in the 1980s in one of the poorest area of Tennessee. By the age of nine, she had a passion for the written word that made her crave literature in all forms. When reading was not enough, she began writing by completing a short story and creating free verse poetry. As the years progressed, McHatton continued to increase her knowledge on literature. During high school, she published poetry in the literary magazine. Despite all odds, she graduated with a BA in English where she focused on History, American Minority literature, and Classic Literature in 2014. These voices help shape her views of the world around her.

The majority of her writing focuses on the emotional turmoil and her personal experience in her life and the world around her. Her writing scope spans several genres including romance, paranormal romance, paranormal fiction, fiction, poetry, prose, and erotica.
