Josiah Reign is a lover and a fighter. This has never been more true than now, as Josiah ramps up his vampire and werewolf army with tactical strategies and combat techniques that will prepare him to face the evil Krull in the prophetic battle that will make or break the very survival of the Mani people.
Lena, the love of Josiah’s life, is pregnant and about to deliver twins who have a special destiny of their own. Josiah is awed by fatherhood, especially when one of his sons reveals a supernatural gift more powerful than Josiah ever imagined.
Discovering tragic secrets about friends and even about old enemies has put Josiah in more than one unfortunate predicament. In fact, several times, he is in danger more serious than ever before, with the adventure escalating into a magnificent journey that is as much a soul search, as it is a supernatural battle.
But who is a friend and who is a foe? The clock is ticking toward the battle as the vampires scramble to choose sides and get ready for the final epic battle of the entire book series!
Josiah finds out that the only way to survive and save the Mani race is to step outside everything he ever knew or ever believed and give his all to a cause that threatens to tear apart his family, his friendships, and his personal truths.
This tale is about hope, honor, joy, loss, deceit, enemies, friends, and redemption. But most of all, this tale is about Love. They will shout it on the battlefield:
One Love.
Fall in love with characters with brave hearts and epic stories of heroes and villains that will stay with you, forever.

Awesome, awesome, awesome. I would highly recommend this series. I know I'm highly, highly enjoying and completely enthralled in this series. If you like vampires, werewolves, fighting, loving and superhero types, this series is for you. There are also many things you're not expecting so hold on for the ride, you'll see what real friendship, loyalty and love is with this motley crew. Sometimes you have to fight for these things but it's so worth it.
I loved the twilight saga books by Stephanie Myers but this series of books by H.T. Night is just as good. I would highly recommend this series of books to anyone who likes vampires and werewolves.
For Josiah, being the chosen one is a heavy burden. But he knows that he needs to do it. He has many concerns about Lena's pregnancy. When Lena confronts him about a big concern of hers he wants to give her what she wants but doesn't know how to go about it. He once again has to go to Atticai. Atticai refuses Josiah's request but he is not willing to give up. After a visit to the Deity he learns of Attacai's unfortunate past and why he is the way he is. Josiah being Josiah decides to help the situation. So he gets a small team together to go on a rescue mission. While on this mission Josiah learns something new about himself.
Once Attacai knows the truth and he is reunited with someone from the past he starts to live again. Josiah sometime after unfortunately gets ambushed by Krull and his followers. Josiah gets hurt pretty bad but the person who comes to his rescue is not who he expects. Josiah has a pretty rough recovery ahead of him but being the fighter that he is he will not give up.
Will Josiah be able to take on Krull? Someone in his inner circle is plotting against him. Will they succeed or will Josiah figure them out? Will people that he once thought to be enemies help him when he thinks all is lost?
Once again, another great book by H.T. I loved this book. I could not put it down. As always there were parts where I laughed and parts where I cried. There is always something going on. You definitely want to jump into the next book once you are done. I highly recommend reading but you do want to start with the first book.

5.0 out of 5 stars One Love - What a ride!, July 6, 2013 By Maryjane Omeara (Southbridge, MA USA)
This review is from: One Love (Vampire Love Story #5) (Kindle Edition) H.T. Night is in his element while writing this series. It just doesn't get any better than this, he just lets his imagination soar.. Or at least that is what I think until I read the next book in this series. All I can say is OMG! From one book to the next, he never lets you down. From the first page you read, he sucks you into the whole book and you can't put it down until you are finished. Then he leaves you with an ending that has you wanting for more. This series not only rivals the Twilight Saga, but it surpasses it. This has to be made into a movie. It gives you all the emotions that you crave from a series. Love, hate, death, life, happiness, sorrow, hope, and every emotion in between. Josiah, Lena and Tommy's lives get more complicated as each day passes. And with the birth of his two sons, well lets just say, I don't think it's going to let up anytime soon. You just can not get one book in this series and be satisfied. You have to get them all. Well Done H.T.One Love (Vampire Love Story #5)

I've been reading right on through HT Night's novels and I have been enjoying them very much. Of Vampire Love Story, this is the best novel in the series. I think the story moves along at a good pace & he characters are developed the most in this novel. All in all I think it was the better written of all the novels and seemed to pull together all the loose ends. However, the typos through out the series have been groan worthy and I can't seem to get past that (I am reading them on my NOOK). Maybe had there been less, the series would have gotten an extra star. BUT, typos aside, they are great books to read, worth your time, & the little money it takes to purchase them (I got 8 books for 2.99).
The fifth book in the Vampire Love Story series finds Josiah and his crew preparing for the epic battle against Krull and his army. As if his life isn't complicated enough, he also has newborn twins added. I was sad for the series to come to an end but apparently there is going to be another book set 18 years in the future. I can't wait to find out what happens. There were so many twists and turns with quite a few suprises throughout the series that I know it will be worth the wait.
This book was quite a delight. Characters were well developed, entertaining story line and a very fun read. I loved the loyalty that was shown between Josiah, Lena, Tommy and the other characters. Josiah has a heart of gold and always does the "right" thing. Tommy always keeps me smirking and laughing and to think I originally didn't like him. Boy has that changed. Thanks HT for a story that had me cheering and my heart singing.
I couldn't wait to finish reading this series. (I know there is one more book, but this is the end of the main story.) Each book pulled me in with suspense. I loved the way Josiah and Atticai figured out how to work with and help each other. Night really pulled the whole story together in this book. Anything that didn't make sense in the previous books was cleared up in this one. I will probably read this whole series a few more times since I enjoyed it so much.
Josiah is a powerful speaker. He has his values, morals, and ethics set in stone. Nothing anyone can say or do to him will change his mind. Once he decides he's going to do something that is selfless and right, he just does it. He truly is the Chosen One! His epic battle was off the charts. Planned to perfection, the losses were heavy; but what next? Will Joshua and Jason be the next heroes and villains in the last 3 books?
This is definitely my most favorite book in the entire series. Joshua and Lena expecting their first child , Tommy seems to be gone and the enemies of the Mani people are gaining on strength.
H. T. Night spins again a great story which is a good continuation of the previous books. I am very much looking forward to Mr Nights next books inn this series.
Adding a review for this as I've rated it without a review.
A lot of things have happened since. 2014 Was a very hard year for myself so all the reviews are showing up on the same date. I can't explain why they are, if the ratings are justice or accurate I can also not say when I truly read these. I'm just going to say 2014 on the same day added just to keep the year right if not the month...
This one has been my favorite so far, I had given the last five a 4 star rating for a reason, they were good reads but they didn't grip me like I was expecting to be. But this one definitely exceeded my expectations. And without giving any spoilers, l loved what happened with Josiah and .... let's just say an old acquaintance.
I like this particular book for what it is. It is the summoning up of all of the books up until this point and I thought the ending is really cool. I really liked all of the graphic scenes because they were very descriptive and made me feel like I was actually there seeing the battle that was going on.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this book, and the entire series to be honest!! I love Josiah and Tommy, I love seeing the changes they are going through to become the leaders that they are. I also love the love story of Josiah & Lena, and the fact that its not really all over the top! When is the next book out?
Book 5 finally the fight with Krull. The fight scenes were well written, I really like the MMA style Tommy and Josiah uses... and finally Lena is useful well at giving birth, she still sleeps more then any character in the books.
great book kinda rushed, alot happened that could have been expanded on. Alot of miss spelling and missing words, usually doesnt bother me but it was alot and one page just kept repeating its self.
