Gala is a lovely and positive spirit who has been through much in life, and has been able to transform scars into the desire to live an inspired and transformational life. She is simply one of those people who makes the world a brighter place to be, and whether you believe in the power of self-help or not, her book will make you embrace your authentic self.
"Love And Sequins" reads much like what you'd expect from a blogger who's published in book form; you can imagine each piece standing alone as a blog entry or essay. Whether you choose to read it piece-meal, or in book format, you'll come away feeling a bit more empowered and content.

Talvez já o tenha lido tarde, pois a maior parte dos pensamentos já os tinha adquirido a seguir o blog da Gala nos últimos 4 anos. Mas os ensinamentos estão lá e recomendo a todos a sua leitura, embora um pouco já desactualizada mas na mesma bastante importante, principalmente para quem procura algum tipo de guia para mudar a sua vida, para quem sente que falta algo ou precisa apenas de um pouco mais de inspiração nos seus dias. A Gala foi para mim isso quando a conheci e por isso recomendo qualquer pessoa conhecê-la também.

This audiobook is a collection of podcasts from Gala Darling. They were fun, but I'm not sure how much new material I got from them.

It wasn't bad, there was some things I had never thought about before. However, it is not so much about the content as what you do with it.
