Small and simple book on where to start in designing metrics. The book offers great guidelines to creating and tracking metrics and measures, and links perfectly with Balanced Scorecard terminology and approach.

Do Read if:
- You're looking for simple and direct guidelines,
- Want to start with something direct, and maybe later complicate things,
- Want something inline with BSC.

Don't Read if:
- You're expecting it to tell you how to create strategy maps and link to BSC,
- You need something more elaborate, and want to increase the depth and complexity of metrics,
- Looking for a list of suggested KPIs to track and how to track them.
