Leadership is the ability to persuade others to seek defined objectives enthusiastically it is the human factor which kinds a group together and motivates it towards goals. The leaders are the people who invest their time and energy in all the positive areas within themselves or in others, they would always search for the talent and seeking exploring it at their best. The team with whom a leader works is the core area of his success and Hence he must always appoint the right people. Learning from people around is the main source of knowledge and helps and guides to make critical decisions. A leader must understand the needs and feelings of his employees so that their is a bond between them.
