MOLLY has lost everything she holds dear, and has no reason left to live.
There is only one cure for her loss, one vengeance she can take for her pain.
Standing over six feet tall, USA Today bestselling author Jonathan Moeller has the piercing blue eyes of a Conan of Cimmeria, the bronze-colored hair of a Visigothic warrior-king, and the stern visage of a captain of men, none of which are useful in his career as a computer repairman, alas.
He has written the DEMONSOULED series of sword-and-sorcery novels, and continues to write THE GHOSTS sequence about assassin and spy Caina Amalas, the COMPUTER BEGINNER'S GUIDE series of computer books, and numerous other works. His books have sold over one million copies worldwide.
Mazael’s problems never seem to end. Still battling for the security and peace in his land he has multiple problems. There is an evil black weapon that threatens everything, Romaria has a battle on her way to rejoin Mazael, the necromance Lucan Mandragon is trapped and although he originally wanted to be good, he now must battle another evil force. And these are just the basics. This book again is non-stop action with the usual great stories and characters. I do have one major question about these books, with all the bodies being brought back why don’t they cremate the dead instead of burying them – would certainly stop a lot of the battles.
Well being demonsouled Maezel isn't at a lack for enemies. This time his past seemed to come back to haunt him and almost kill him. One for which was his enemy due to the same like that she was told over and over again ends up finding out the truth and helps Mazel take another one of his foes out.
I will have to admit that there are plenty of twists and turns throughout this series and even with the typos they have you wanting more.
My advise to Mr Jonathan Moeller get a new proof reader as the current one dropped the ball big time on this series.
Dear Jonathan, another entertaining and interesting book in the series. I highly recommend reading this book to any adult looking for a great story to read. Thanks for the entertainment.
Another exciting chapter in this series. Full of twists and turns, that keep you on the edge of your seat, in some spots. Action packed from start to finish, with multiple events happening at the same time. highly recommend this series, to epic fantasy readers.
A wonderful continuation of the series. This book also helps with the theory that no matter what has happened in the past you can overcome it. Can't wait to read the next book.
Another great story with plenty of action and adventure from Mazael Cravenlock as he fights another demonsouled adversary. Definitely recommend this story
After trying to get into yet another 1000+ book of yet another epic fantasy series, the latest book in the Demonsouled series is a breath of fresh air. Unlike other fantasy novels, Soul of Dragons cuts straight to the chase on page one. While there isn't much mystery involved, Soul of Dragons is a nice, relatively bite size dose of action fantasy. In an age where popular fantasy books have to be 1000 pages long and part of story that drag on for 8-12 novels and take themselves far too seriously, its nice to find a series that isn't afraid to get straight to the action.
If you have been reading this series you recognize the characters & the arc of the story. The has to be one of my favorite series only surpassed by the Drizzit novels of RA Salvatore. I could read this series no matter how long it gets.
Best one of the series so far. I like the malrags/Demonsouled as the antagonist better than the san-keth. I liked Lisam traveling through his own mind. Mazael's kids were a different twist.
Mazael has again started sharing his sword's magical power with others in this book. I still don't know why he didn't in the last book.
The other thing that's occurred to me is where are the squires? Both Mazael and Gerald's squires had been mentioned by name in the previous book(s) Now the only reference of squires is as a group. Neither Mazael nor Gerald seem to have assistance preparing for battle. Is this because Adalar was tricked into betraying Mazael in Book 2? Rufus is mentioned as his squire in Book 3.
