What I actually read was the 2nd version issued more recently by RDG Ontario, although I also checked this first one out. It is a document of 80-something pages where all the basics of accessible graphic design can be found. Descriptions are comprehensive, formatting is beautiful and truly accessible (they do practice what they preach) and many real-life examples are provided. I was overall very positively surprised because it is, in my opinion, one of those essential graphic design handbooks you can't even believe you've come across with. And this one in particular is free to obtain on their webpage!
