The audiobook is slightly different to the actual paperback edition I'm reading. However, the reader's/writer's voice is incredibly soothing and calming.
CAUTION: DO NOT LISTEN TO IT WHILE DRIVING :-)

The author has described extensively the attitudes of a confidant person which i believe is great for anyone suffering anxiety

Most of it is common sense ! If u need a reminder to get calm read it
