I am fascinated with the subconscious part of the mind and I wanted to explore how this can present itself when we dream. This book provides lots of techniques for analysing and interpreting your dreams. I took issue with how it was structured; it made for repetitive, disjointed reading. I also found there were a lot of far-fetched examples where someone dreamt about something and from that one dream, they made a life-changing decision. It also wasn't terribly well written. You can however, see how analysing your dreams can help you improve your understanding of hidden emotions (those which are stuck in your subconscious).

Personally I think this book is something that you truly need to focus on if you want to gain results from it. I don't have time at the moment so I didn't even bother reading deeper into it and literally just scanned through. On the other hand, parts of the book were eye openers and actually quite interesting.
