Not an easy read, but valuable. Full of theories, but easch chapter contains case studies in which the reader can see how those theories might be applied. It is a textbook and needs to be read as a textbook.

The only textbook for my current grad class, this was a pretty solid read. Theories were relevant, well-explained, and applicable. Furthermore, the inclusion of case studies and their analysis was very helpful. I also enjoyed the relfective questions included in each chapter. To be totally honest though, I didn't actually fully read every page. ;)
