Given to me to read by my cooperating teacher, I realize I am using most of the techniques already, but found a couple more to try. It would be an awesome addition to the shelf of any new teacher who wants the baby steps to begin the process of their own management of the classroom.

Basically, this book is a good refresher of best practices in any classroom. If you read Harry Wongs and this one every once in a while, you should have an arsenal of best practices whether you are just beginning or have been in thr classroom for years.
