A clear, authoritative overview of philosophy in Mexico from pre-Colombian poetry to living theorists. In contrast to Filosofía mexicana, which I enjoyed considerably less, Suma Filosófica Mexicana strikes a good balance between primary texts and commentary and doesn't get caught in the weeds in its explanations of the major intelectual movements. Recommended.
