DIFFICULT CHOICES by Sandy Sullivan

Montana Cowboys Book Four

Delaney Dunn likes working on cars - anything with an engine really, much to the chagrin of some who can't put aside her choice of jobs to realize there is a real woman beneath those coveralls. When ex-boyfriend Jake Monroe comes back to town, Delaney must face the feelings she buried five years ago.

Jake Monroe is back for two reasons, Colby Mason and Delaney Dunn. Needs he's long denied have risen up and are threatening to choke the life out of him if he doesn't come to terms with his feelings for both.

Colby Mason refuses to face the facts. He loves Delaney and he wants Jake. After being the shoulder for Delaney when Jake took off five years ago, their relationship grew into something loving and concrete, but Jake's return shakes the foundation to it's core.

Can three friends become lovers and learn to embrace their true feelings without tearing everything they've worked for apart?

Delaney Dunn is a tomboy through and through. She has worked on cars since she was young and owns a shop in town. Things are pretty stable for Delaney until Jake Monroe, her ex boyfriend, shows up after a 5 year absence.

Jake Monroe was labeled as the bad boy when he was younger. He ran off from Red Rock 5 years ago to try to get a grasp on his emotions. He is back now, with some unfinished business to take care of.

Colby Mason has been dating Delaney for the last couple of years. He was there for her when Jake left her broken hearted. He loves her but he also loves another. What will these three do? And how will Del react when she finds out about the secret Jake and Colby share.

Holy cow! I have loved this series since I started it. The story keeps you on the edge of your seat and the scenes are HOT! I highly recommend this series to anyone who loves some steamy reads. Sandy definitely has some scorching Cowboys!

This was my first read from Sandy Sullivan and I loved it! Going to catch up on the series, but they can be read as stand alones! Hot cowboys and first loves that never stop coupled with steamy sex makes for an amazing read. If m/m bothers you, I'm sorry, but this is extremely well written with heat and emotion between all 3 loves! This is one of my favorite threesome reads of all time!!

This story was about Cody, Jake, and Delancy. The story was really good ,but I find it hard to believe there are women who would want to share their man with another man. to each his own, I guess. Anyway the book really held my interest

Small Town Love Triangle

What would you do if your first love, the one who broke your heart, came back? This is Delaney's dilemma. She has finally moved on, or so she believes, when Jack comes back to town while her boyfriend Colby is off at the rodeo. The path to love isn't easy. They fight over her like dogs over a bones, flinging insults and innuendo. While the words fly, we make a startling discovery; one that paves the way to this trio's HEA.

The characters' fears and emotions were realistic and expected as there is a lot of history between the main characters. The book was well paced and a nice length. Although, this book is part of a series, I read it as a standalone with no difficulties. Looking forward to reading more in the series and getting to know other town members.

Wow! Difficult choices for each one to make. Delaney and Jake were together in high school. A misunderstanding, a big one, caused him to leave five years ago. Two years ago she began dating Colby, rodeo bull rider. Jake and his big Harley come riding back to town, and he's got an agenda. He wants Delaney and Colby in his life, a ménage, a permanent , forever love. Jake is a great dominant alpha male, with feelings, and a purpose. He is secure and knows his heart. Delaney doesn't know about Colby and Jake, and Colby is in a panic. Will the town accept them as a trio? Can she be in live with both men? Deeply thought filled characters, interesting tale, and super hot sex make this a romantic, loving, worthwhile read. ENJOY !!!

Good characters and the beginning really fleshed out well. I was enjoying the read up till Del needed to talk to her parents about her guys and the future she wasn't sure about. Not sure why this bothered me so but as much as I liked it till this point I started noticing things and it just got cheesey for me. Not a bad story in the long run but not something I'd re-read.
