Rate this book
Everyone’s got a “shyt list”—but in this explicit street tale, one woman plans to do something about it…

When Yvonna’s ghetto fabulous world in Southeast D.C. is rocked after her father brutally murders her high school sweetheart, she learns a lot about the people around her and the secrets they keep—including one involving her best friend and deceased boyfriend.

Unable to move past her anger, Yvonna flees to Baltimore. But even four years later, the hate rages inside her. Angrier and crazier than ever, she decides to return home and exact revenge on those who made what she affectionately calls her “Shyt List.” She tackles her mission to destroy their lives—until she reaches the last name on the list. With him, her plans are difficult to carry out. Will the love she feels for him prevent her from following through? Or will old memories push her to go even further than she planned?...

This is one of many books I got from my father when he past away on July 1 2014. My father done a review on this book and he loved it.
It took me 4 days to read it, "hate list" is one of those books you just can't put down once you start reading. I was always wondering what Yvonna was going to do next, she never took crap from anyone. The end was a major surprise, I knew there was some sort of surprise when I read my fathers review but I didn't think it was going to be as awesome as it was!
this is a must read!

I couldn't put it down! Almost had an anxiety attack and everything I was so deep in it. I can't say how many times I wanted to yell into the pages. I don't know how Reign did it but *clap clap* You are great. I hope none of this story is true though. On to the #2... anxious, afraid and excited lol

I like this book. The book itself is great. The shown that everybody didn't take pain the same way as others.

I'M GETTING THE FEELING THAT THIS WAS THE SAME STORY AS SHYT LIST BUT RETITLED SO AS THE LIBRARIES COULD FEEL IT'S SAFE TO PLACE ON ITS SHELVES.

So this book was something that I just happened to roll up on at Walmart I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was.....But this book and the ENTIRE SERIES keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering who's gonna be next on her Shyt List. Start with Shyt List and end with Shyt List 5....you won't be disappointed!!!

When reading Urban Fiction you have to suspend belief, and let yourself go 99% of the time. However, there comes a point where that suspension of belief can only go so far, and this book crosses that line and then does a river dance on it. First of all I could see the "twist" coming from the very first chapters and kept reading to hope I was wrong. Unfortunately I wasn't. Then there was the ending... I realize the author wanted to set up a series, but the way it happened was so ridiculous it ruined whatever joy the book had held for me to that point. Silly and a waste of time.

I found this book to be ok. For some reason I found myself setting it down and not picking it up again for a couple days. I just could really get into it. Maybe I will try to read it again at another time and see if my opinions change.

I received this book from First-Reads program.

I've read the authors books under T. Styles. Maybe I couldn't compare this book under her pseudonym to those. I thought it was ok. The premise was good. It was just lacking something. Maybe the sequel will be better.

An unbelievable, crazy, and fast paced read. This book was all over the place. It was on hyper speed and not in a good way. The characters and plot were unrealistic.
