This is just a huge breath of fresh air for revamping my life. I'm so happy I listened to it as an audiobook because it was so calming and kept me mindful. This is a must-have for people who are trying to be happier on many levels in their lives.

As with most books like this, there are some useful tidbits of information and some thought provoking ideas. However, Jarow talked a lot about Eastern religion/philosophy and astrology. These topics are fine to discuss, but I don't know much about them, nor am I interested in them. If those are things you do like, you might want to check out this program.

So nice I read it twice. I enjoyed this book, I listened to it on audio book and the spoken word was relevant and digest able. I also liked the meditations and the music.

The Anti-Career Guide is so good that the expectations are high for this program. It has more "mystic" and "New Age" concepts, more guided meditations, and just more weirdness. There are good ideas here, don't get me wrong. But don't start with this or continue with this if you were not blown away by Rick's Anti-Career Guide. Keep your expectations low and you should enjoy this program.
