"Buttons" traces the rise of the leader of Britain's Hells Angels from his days as a rocker, through his visit to the United States where he received his Angels colours, to his return and subsequent adventures in Britain.
Yes well!!! I was there, I actually lived the first half of this book. The early days at Leyton Baths, Hackney, Walthamstow, etc. I think some of it is rather exaggerated though. I can remember that new years eve at Leyton Bath, but not in same way as he does !!!! and I was there....... However I enjoyed reading the book. It brought back the atmosphere of those times. If you are interested in the 60's, early 70's and the bikers culture this is easy reading.
