I know that some people may rate this low, if they are not of Christian faith, or not familiar with the Bible. Since I am a Christian and I am familiar with the Bible, this book helped me see so clearly the many areas in which I could improve controlling my own emotions. It has a lot of great information in it. That was why it took me several days to read it. I wanted to digest everything that was presented. If you are feeling dissatisfied with your life or how you feel, this book is a great starting point to help you unravel "why". Would read this book again.

Good read... Liked her taming your tongue book better. But there are some great biblical points in this book that she unveils about our emotions and how to bring them captive, repent of them and be liberated from the bondage of them.

This is a great book. The author is a conservative Christian. She admits all the mistakes she made by not following what the Bible says and how she fixed
