This book is awful. Very simplistic and VERY repetitive. Not worth the time it took to read it, though it was a very fast read. Bought it for a course I am taking and was very disappointed.

There are some good ideas in this book. It does seem that some people self sabotage themselves to fail. Best part was chapter 16 "the three causes for all human failure and how to avoid them" {Fear, Ignorance, and Entropy}. And chapter 17 "Three simple facts about success that almost everyone ignores" where the author talks about asking questions instead of repeating affirmations.

A great book! It teaches you why you create your own failure. Amazing concept. I teach people how to grow and develop their lives at www.AlwaysDeveloping.com and this book has been a great benefit to people I have worked with and myself included. It helps you get a concrete understanding of who you are who you want to be.
