Didn't expect this book to single-handedly save me from a work crisis, lol. 10/10 self-help book.

I have had this book on my radar for a few decades, and finally pulled the trigger to read it when my friend literally put it in my hands.
The principals Maltz puts out are logical, and backed by research. He presents opinions from many individuals who are respected in their fields and communities. Maltz shares testimonials, stories, and examples related to principals he presents to further prove out his position.
I enjoyed the book and gave it four stars because it is not just great stories, put practical ideas to put into use in my own life to help me find success in various aspects of it.
