This is an excellent book for teacher trainers in ELT. It offers a good overview of considerations for training sessions and follows up with very practical step by step sessions. Such a blessing for new teacher trainers!
There is a good range of activities to try out in this book, although I think I've done a lot of them already. I'll have it on my shelves for colleagues to use when I start my next post as Director of Studies in August.
