No doubt Marcia Adams had the best of intentions in sharing her story regarding her life and journey with heart disease. As a book, it is extremely dull, with repetitive journal entries. As a reader, it was hard to stick with this one, and a few too many cringe moments that the author would have been better served not revealing.
