Loved this book! While it was meant to be read one calendar day at a time, I, of course, read through the whole thing without regard for this. Great bits of information and some practical advice for managers/leaders to help recognize employees. The biggest takeaway for me is that you can’t recognize folks “too much”. A must-read for organizational leaders.
This is a terrific little book offering practical and actionable tips - one a day - for managers who are interested in in using recognition to create a culture of loyal and energized employees!
A coworker recommended this book. It has some good ideas for treating employees humanely or at least more human-ly for people with no cultural context for acting humanely.
