This book is exactly as the title suggests, a book on Time Management for Catholics. This book is fairly comprehensive book on time management including to do lists, calendars, and other practical hints. But throughout the book the author reminds the reader to prioritize in light of their vocation; that time itself is a gift from God.

The chapters are very short and seemed to be made to be read in small bite sized pieces for even the most harried person.

Many great ideas for those looking to improve their time management. Valuable reminders for those who have good management skills but need some tweaking. My time management is strong but I want to incorporate my faith into my life on a daily basis and hope this would give some ideas. I appreciated Durand's suggestions to plan your day the night before and to consider all facets of your life including your spiritual side. I have tended to focus too often on only work related goals. His section on defusing time bombs was the part I found most informative. With all books like this, spiritual or self help, it must be put into practice to recognize the benefit.

I considered giving this book three stars due to the simplicity but then again I wasn't looking for a detailed program but just suggestions to improve my time management and this book does that.

It is hard for me to give this 3 stars. It was very boring but it is a book about time management. The takeaway in my opinion is that it is important to plan your day but give enough time for each task, being realistic and allowing for the unexpected. He explains importance of making priority of things that must be done first and then things that have more flexibility but should be done soon. Also making time for things you enjoy as well as time to pray. I didn't find that there was a strong Catholic slant to this book. This book was for a bookclub that my daughters were in. Although time management is important, most teens will find this incredibly long and drawn out.
