I vacillated between 5 stars and two... This is extremely useful and extremely dull. It's a book on law; how could it be otherwise?

It takes the fear out of submitting a PPS, and it takes you point-by-point through the process in a conversational and easy style, but OMG, the chapter on patent searches is tough to finish. It is probably the very best book on the subject that could be written, but the subject is... meticulous.

A very easy read for the subject matter. A lot of good information. Will be able to put together a provisional patent application after reading this. Should save $2,000 by writing it myself and having an attorney review it.

How to submit a provisional patent application. Informative, but what do I really do with an invention? licensing? selling? marketing a product?
