I LOVE Margaret Daley, so of course I will say this was an awesome book! Couldn't put it down.

This book is mostly about the walls we build around ourselves to protect ourselves from being hurt. Cody thought life was good because he was helping others, but after meeting Maggie he finds that he needs others in his life. Maggie is always helping others but feels the need to surround herself by many people. But she's afraid to risk and have a relationship with a man, after losing her fiance to the military. There is also the story of her son and the struggles that he faces as a teenager and the losses that he had experienced, especially since the Hurricane.

Pretty good, I felt like it ended rather abruptly. I feel like this book would have been a perfect opportunity to mention scripture. I think it would have flowed perfectly with the storyline. Other then that, it was interesting and cute.
