Dream interpretation is a huge subject with numerous different methods and can be very personal. Not everyone is going to vibe with every method. That being said, This book is not a bad place to start.

As is the nature of the 'for Dummies' line of books, this gives you the very basics for most interpretation methods. It was great for quick reference and getting started, I still go back to it from time to time.

I would recommend this for anyone just starting to delve into dream interpretation.
