There's always more than meets the eye, but Wolf television's newest talk show host, Jessie Davidson, is causing more commotion behind the scenes than when the cameras are rolling.
First, she's having to share the show with former investigative reporter Colin Crandell, a man who had a smoking hot exterior, but whose veins flowed with ice. So why did Jessie's insides burn every time he was near? Especially when he made no qualms that he wanted her off the show?
Second, her boyfriend dumped her for a new out-of-state job and her sister just got married. Jessie hates being alone, but there are worse things in life than going home to an empty house night after night, right? This time, she's going to face her problems instead of jumping into a relationship. So why can't she stop thinking about Colin the Cold?
Third, someone besides Jessie is stirring up trouble on the show's set, almost killing Jessie. Just how far is that person willing to go to get rid of the woman Causing a Commotion?
Sparks are flying--and not just from frayed wires--as Jessie turns Colin's show and world upside down. But is their attraction real or just another of Colin's attempts to get rid of her?
Ooooh, the chemistry in this book is fantabular! I found another great author to feed my addiction. Great chemistry and a good story line to go with it. I've already added a few more of Janice Lynn's books to my 'to reads' on my kindle and I'm going to grab some up for my 'to reads list' in Goodreads!
i was ready to write this one off as just another fluff piece of hearts and cupid chick fiction until I reached a point almost 80% of the way through when things changed unexpectedly and drastically. Suddenly subplots that had only been hinted at reared their heads and growled, and suddenly I couldn't stop reading.
Not bad. I thought it dragged at a few parts in the book and should have had an epilogue. Overall, however, I found myself enjoying the humor, quarrels and sparks between the two main characters. I would most likely recommend this book to someone.
