In this third installation of essays, John David lays out a plan of reform and reconstruction, to be implemented once we have enacted "Plan B." He acknowledges the fact that we need tear down and rebuild all of the "failed" institutions of our society. He rallies us to take back our country and to remake it in our own image. I really like his idea of instituting regular opinion polls, conducted by our new government. These polls would be "recorded instantly and uploaded anonymously" in order to ensure that everyone's voice be heard, not just those with enough money to purchase the right, as it is now. I see opinion polls sponsored by everyone else, every day on the internet, yet the current government has never asked me my opinion on anything! John David presents some intriguing ideas in "Reconstruction" that are definitely worth serious consideration.
