My Invisible Father

Sometimes all it takes to destroy your peace of mind is to get involved with the wrong man.

Najae Moss and Mariah Gray will get blinded by one man’s shiny surface until circumstances that are out of their control will reveal to them the real man that Raymond Williams truly is.

Taken From Me

Sometimes when in a relationship, one never sees the wickedness within someone, until you’ve crossed the line that releases it upon you.

After feeling that the relationship is going nowhere, and that they both want different things, Douglas calls things off between them. Nina however, feels that Douglas only needs a little persuading to get him to the altar. It’s just that her persuasion methods seem a bit … immoral.

This book was filled with drama right from the start. Case #1 ~ Ms. Nina was the nothing less than RATCHETT and I always tell people that Karma will come around to bite you in the butt if you're not careful how you treat others. Angel did a wonderful job detailing the events and the character development was on point. I must say that I wasn't shocked by the ending, however the meeting at the end brought me to tears because sometimes happiness can come from pain!

Case #2 ~ Mr. Raymond was the first gold-digging guy that I've ever seen! Don't get me wrong, I knew they existed, but most of the time people get it after the first mishap...just not Raymond. He was destined for destruction because he just could not learn the lesson that was being taught to him over and over again. I almost threw up in my mouth when the consequences of Emily's first time came to light, but as soon as she moved to Los Angeles, I knew THAT would happen...because this world is way to small to face run from your demons!

I had my husband asking what happened next everytime I finished reading a few chapters and that was fun! Overall, this is a wonderful book and I would definitely recommend it to my friends! Great job Angel! GPRC StandUP! If you enjoyed this, you also might enjoy Dicmatized: The Doctor Is In (Sexcapades)

I was hesitant to read this book at first because I thought maybe the book was going to make light of the subject but I was so wrong. Chid Support by Angel Bearfield took a subject that is sometimes looked at as hilarious (think Maury show) and other times tragic (think Rae Carruth)and did a great job of showing male & female persepectives on it. Despite a few errors here and there (for those who want to know about those things) this book was a good read. Sad to say but there are a lot of Nina and Raymond’s in this world. Some women will get pregnant just to keep the daddy’s and some daddy’s will get you pregnant just being careless. In the end the ones who are affected are the children. Woooo…let me stop before I get on a rant. In any case…without giving too much away I will say that the stories told in this book will make your blood boil. This means Angel did her job. She took me into the lives of her characters and made me hate them. It’s one of those books that will make you think twice before sleeping with a person that could become your baby mama or daddy. I will be reading more work from this author.

OMG This was a hell of a ride! I don't even know where to start with this review. Both cases had me on edge. They had me liking, hating, and wanting characters. They had me hoping, wishing, and pleading for the best. I love how the sex scenes weren't to over the top but just enough to make you "feel" what was going on. I have an act for "knowing" the ending of stories, however, for these two stories, I was waaaaaaay off. Both ending were surprising, unique, and original. I've never read such creativity in crafting to awesome stories. Great job Mrs. Bearfield. You a new fan :0)

This was my first read by Ms. Bearfield.......Although there were a few grammatical and typographical errors this was a pretty GOOD read....Didn't know that there were two stories......The first was Taken From Me....This was GREAT and I enjoyed the story line and the flow of the story.....The second story My Daughter's Invisible Father....IMHO was NOT as good....but in the end things turned out for the better.....That being said I will try more of Ms. Bearfield's work.....

This book was a very good read. There were two sories and they both were good. In the first one Nina was so vindictive that the children she had didn't have a chance. But she got exactly what she deserved. The second story showed just how a weak man got what God had for him. Read this book you wont br sorry.

I really enjoyed the first story. While the second one was okay, I felt it lacked something.

This is a double delight, won't want to put down, great read. Child support is 2 great books wrapped up neatly for you to enjoy.

Case 1) without spoiling it for readers let me say some females give baby momma a bad name. I actually found myself flipping out on Nina and wishing that poor Doug got a happy ever after. The authors ability to twist the traditional marriage with a white picket fence view into a crazy ruthless game was amazing. The disadvantages and lost of rights and control had me questioning if I needed to brush up on the law to protect myself. The story seem so real. Case 1 was filled with a great background, fabulous plot and a great conclusion.

Case 2) After coming from case 1 I was a little disappointed that case 2 didn't instantly pull me in like the first. It seemed like a lot was going on and felt complex for no reason. HOWEVER towards the end you come to understand the need and reasoning for all the different turns and boy oh boy was a glad I stuck with it. Raymond Raymond Raymond that character took me through all types of emotions and the heartbreaking, oh my God, please anything but that twist was GREAT!

Some people get what they deserve and some people deserve what they get. Though these two stories toot the same theme, greed and dishonesty, they are different in their stories.

The first case 'Taken From Me, shows how devious some women are when it comes to setting up and cashing in on a 'lifetime' meal ticket. Some of the tricks Nina pulled were shocking and made me want to hurt her.

My Invisible Father, is stark in its reality of it's depiction of what can happen when the father decides he wants nothing to do with his offspring. I have to say I was really ticked when it seemed Raymond would get away with all of his wrong doings.

In the end, I love the way the tables turn for all involved in both stories.

I must warn you there are some graphic sexually explicit scenes, but that is the nature of the book. Regardless of the fact I skipped over those parts, none of the storyline was lost.

I finished "Child Support" by Angel B. last night, or shall I say early this morning. The storyline was typical as you see this stuff happening all the time. It was a bit painful to read however because of all the misspellings. True, no one is perfect, but when you're an author and putting a book out to the public, grammar and spelling should be checked. Otherwise, it was an okay read. I am glad these were fictional stories because the first story tore me up a bit. It was predictable as I knew something dramatic was going to take place. If you're bored with nothing else to read, this one is a quick, fast-paced read.
