雨の日、だるまちゃんが外に遊びにいくと、空から浮き輪とかみなりちゃんが落ちてきました。だるまちゃんは、木に引っかかった浮き輪を取ってあげようと、傘を投げますが、傘もいっしょに引っかかり、二人で困ってしまいました。そこに雲に乗った大きなかみなりどんが迎えにきて、お礼にだるまちゃんをかみなりの国に招待してくれました。未来都市のようなかみなりの国の楽しさも抜群の「だるまちゃん」シリーズ第２作。

Daruma-chan books are meant to be read aloud to young children or for children in their early years of elementary school. In this book Daruma-chan plays with Tengu-chan and learns about Tengu.

I couldn't read the Japanese but the illustrations were fun and I bought a copy from 1968, so it's all good!
