I'm sure everyone has experienced this before if you've read any of Angie's books before but I'm having my moment now. I just started reading 'Your Essential Guide to Understanding SPD' and it is like a million light bulbs are going off at once & pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. I'm speechless & I am only on page 12! I feel like I am reading a book that was written all about my daughter, and I guess in someways I am. This is a must for anyone who has a sensory kiddo in their life.
