However, some of the experiences and names are in too much detail and explanation of minute details and events and may not be of much interest to the reader (they can be quickly browsed). Few chapters are about people and events while most others are about ideas, analysis and opinions. There are a lot of words which may not be known to an average reader. However, it is a smooth read.
The book stops just as he writes about his publishing of 'Veerapuja' (when he was 24). He died at the age of 69 in (1891-1961) while writing this book. His will at the end suggests that he had financial difficulties in his last days inspite of stellar career in writing and running newspaper (Prabuddaandhra).
My mother has recently got this book from our local library. She says it's a brilliantly written book which will enthrall lovers of Telugu language. "Gulaabi Attaru laga yeppatiki gubaalinche rachana idi"
