The Plume #4

Deception

Rate this book
Things are not what they seem to be at the Plume – and some people are not who they seem to be. When Rex discovers his Christmas “gift” snooping through the photographs on his laptop, he thinks her betrayal can’t get any worse – but that’s before he learns the sexy elf isn’t even a member of the Plume and he’s inadvertently broken his own ironclad rules.

Louise is untroubled by Rex’s rejection. One taste has convinced her that she wants more of the Plume. She sneaks into the club to sample the experience, but gets more than she expects – including the opportunity to change Rex’s mind about a joint gallery exhibition of his photographs and her sculpture.

And then there’s the Count, who insists he’s in love with Athena. Fortunately, Athena knows better than to believe him, after what he’s done to her in the past – but what if she’s wrong this time?

★★★★Deception by Ella Ardent (The Plume Series Book 4)

This is a BDSM short coming in around 85 pages.

I liked this one. Mike and Joanna's relationship is growing stronger by the day. This seems promising. Although a failed Christmas present is threatening to jeopardize everything. I just knew there was an accident waiting to happen. And now the people effected are faced with the decisions of their lives. One wrong move could bring it all crumbling down.

Wonder what book 5 has in store.....

The Plume is a secret BDSM club where everyone wears masks and membership is secret. A girl is rejected by one of the owners of The Plume and finds her way into The Plume using a stolen ID of a member. She gets what she wants and more than expected when she is caught in her Deception. This story has several sub-plots and a large variety of sexual encounters for a STEAMY HOT story.

The storyline is lame.. No surprises. Louise is SO annoying, Rex is pathetic, and there are way too many grammatical errors. I also really hate reading a book that doesn't have a setting.
